HORIX Filler/Capper Monoblocs

For both hot and cold non-carbonated liquids. Available for filling low viscosity liquids such as wine, fruit juices, liquors, vinegar, essences, concentrates, mineral water; also for high viscosity liquids such as oils, ketchup, tomato puree, syrups and special liquids. The integrated capper can apply inserts and caps of any size and configuration.


Filling nozzles are self-centering, of type 304 or optional 316 stainless steel with variable liquid fill height adjustment. Liquid supply is regulated by float or electric probes. Self-washing is optional. Capping system can be fitted for screw caps, pre-threaded screw caps, corks, crown caps, snap-on caps, ring pull caps, and cap liners of any size. Cap orientation is by centrifugal sorter. Easy-view display panel tracks filler/capper flow and work-in-progress.
